Profiles

Who you are, your AI settings, and how Patrick writes.

A profile is you — your identity, your AI provider and keys, and the prompt that steers how Patrick works. You can keep several (for example a shared "client profile" preloaded with that client's style and examples, for consistency).

What's in a profile

  • Identity — your name, firm, and practice context (a standing description of how you work).
  • AI — your provider (Anthropic / OpenAI / Google), key, models, and reasoning effort.
  • Prompt — the template that instructs Patrick, with tokens like <TASK> and <PRACTICECONTEXT> filled in automatically.
  • Examples — writing samples so Patrick matches your voice.

Let Patrick help

The practice context and the prompt are the blank-page parts. Open a task, then ask Patrick in the chat — it can draft your practice context or improve your prompt, proposed as an accept/reject card.
